Overview:
Access to the Client Details window is via Core Data Module, and then click on the 'Clients' option. The Client Details Window in ITMS is used to access all the client data including static information such as contact and address details, discounts, categories, etc as well as Dynamic information such as Current and History Orders, Jobs, Quotes, Parts Invoice History and Contact Relation Management (CRM) notes. In the dynamic section all records can be opened using drill down methods.

Details Tab

General information including full Company Name, Address, Email Address, A.B.N., Trading Terms, and Personnel Contacts. |
Delivery Info Tab

There are five available areas for alternate delivery addresses - e.g. May be used for multiple branches of a company |
Client Info Tab |
This tab allows users to make Internal Comments, Job Ticket Text, Invoice Text and Client information used for exporting data to the accounting system. Also, Trading information i.e. invoicing details, account codes and sales totals summary.

The 'Alert Message Text' feature is for pop-up messages in regards to Quotes, Orders, Despatch and Transport. There is also a Default Transport Company area and a File Attachment area.

Displays Current and/or History Client or Production Orders. |

Displays all Invoices for this Client. |

Displays a four year history of monthly invoice for this Client |
Notes Tab

Displays CRM Notes for this Client. (Contact Relation Management). |
QA Tab

Displays Quality Assurance Records for this Client. |
