Overview:
The Vehicle Management System is used for the recording of Vehicle information within the ITMS system. Before using the Vehicle Management System, the user needs to create options for the Vehicle Make and Vehicle Model pop-up lists.
To set-up Vehicle Make and Vehicle Model fields, open the Core Data Module, and then click on the ‘Vehicle Tracking’ icon. Click on the ‘Vehicle Make’ icon and type in a code for the new vehicle in the “Code” field and then type in the vehicle make, press <F9> to save the entry. Continue to create entries as necessary.
To create the Vehicle Model field, click on the ‘Vehicle Model’ icon and type in a code for the new vehicle’s model, press <TAB> and then type in the Vehicle Sub-Description. Press <TAB> again and press <F2> and select a “Parent Category” from the pop-up list and click OK and then press <TAB> to display the Parent Category description. Press <F9> to save the entry, continue to create entries as necessary.
