Overview:
Over time and through several Stock takes a long list of saved queries can accumulate in iTMS. The following maintenance can be performed to clear out old saved queries.
In the Manufacturing module, click on the SHOW – Material (or Part) Stock Total, to open the report window.
Click on the Delete Saved Queries button (circled above) to display the ‘Show all saved Query’ window.
Click on Refresh to display the saved queries, select the individual queries to delete by clicking on the box to tick.
Click on the Delete button to remove the selected reports.
The Clear button is used if the user needs to re- select queries to delete.
