Overview:

For this window to work, the site must be running V9 and SRP must be registered on all workstations including the server. ‘Show Daily Employee’ feature enables the user to view all of the employees that were clocked on for a selected date. Open the Personnel module and click on the ‘Show Daily Employee’ icon.

Click on the required date of the Calendar - the Employee time data for that date is displayed in the window. To print the list, click on the ‘Print this List’ button.

The “Work Time” column displays the time the employee was clocked on for that day and the “Job Time” column displays the time the employee was clocked on to jobs for that day. The “%” column is the percentage of the clocked time spent clocked onto jobs. The “Pro” and “Non Pro” columns are for productive and non-productive time. The “Chk” column is for recording that a record has been checked, click on the tick box of the required record. To access a particular employee’s time clock record, dbl-click on the line of the selected employee to display their ‘Employee Time Clock’ record. The ‘Process Control’ record for any of the displayed jobs can be viewed by dbl-clicking on the job number in the “Jobs” column.

On the “Job Details” tab of the ‘Employee Time’ window the user can view or print all the jobs for each employee or just the jobs for a single employee. When the tab is first opened, all the jobs for all the employees will be displayed. If the user only wants to see the jobs for a specific employee, click on the
