Employee Information

This window contains employee records including personal details, work position, labour cost and charge rate, shift parameters and workcenter details.

The "Security" tab provides details of the employee's access to various functions of the program.

Shift Parameters

Set 'up to' four different Shift Parameters.

Update Shift

Update Shift details for one or more Employees in one easy process.

Job Batch

The Job Batch Window is used to enter details of Employee's daily work and Job hours by Job Batch entry.

Check Clock/Job Errors

This window displays any clock errors for a specific date.

Check Job/Clock Errors

This window displays any job ticket errors for a specific date.

Show Daily Employee

This window displays Daily Employee window displays Employee daily time records including employee number and name, shift start and finish dates and times, and daily work and job hours.

Employee Search

Employee Search is used to find and display Employee's Time Clock for selected date.

Show Current Emp Jobs

The Show Current Employee Jobs window is an 'up to the minute' view of Employees current Job and start time.

Show Employee Times

This window displays the total time employees were clocked on for the selected date period.

Employee Management

Employee Management displays all employees holidays, sick leave, RDO, etc for a selected month, on the one window.

Selected Employee Clock Report

For a Selected Employee - Clock Report will display all Jobs and times for a selected period.

Selected Payroll Report

Dates Selected Payroll Report displays Employees work times including normal, 1.1/2 and double time.
