Request Support from iTMS by Email

Overview:

If you have a non-urgent support issue or request the best way to contact iTMS is via email. No setup is required and an email to support and it is easy and an email can be sent from any work station

 

Open your iTMS system and click on Help, which is located in the Toolbar and then from the drop-down list click on the About iTMS button.

 

 

The “About – iTMS Software Pty Ltd” window opens - Click on the ‘e-mail’ icon and select one of the ‘Radio Button’ options that appear and then click on the ‘e-mail’ icon again. The subject selection ensures that the query/question/request will be addressed by the correct support team member in an suitable time frame.

 

 

An automatically addressed email opens displaying the issue selected from the radio button options, the version of iTMS that your company is currently running and the number of the last update run on the system.  Type your question or request on the email, giving a clear description of the issue or messages and include any screen shots if appropriate.

 

 

When complete click on the Send button.
