Front Menu
The Jobs Module contains details of Job Tickets with the following features:
1. | Create Job Tickets (after Production Order is created) - This feature enables the user to create or recreate job tickets. |
2. | Edit Job Tickets enables the user to view and/or edit a selected Job Ticket. |
3. | Print Job Tickets enables the user to view and print selected job tickets, labels, or picking list. |
4. | Print Job Material enables the user to view and print a list of materials for the selected job ticket. |
5. | Activate Job enables the user to active and create the process ticket for the selected job. |
6. | Change Status to 'Yes' this feature will change the job status and process tickets to complete. |
7. | WC Complete – Manual Entry this will enable the user to change the completed status of some process tickets to Yes. |
8. | Current Job to display a complete 'up to the minute' evaluation of all Job progress and costing. |
9. | Pick Job - Displays the Job Pick List. |
A. | Job Control for a complete Material list Allocated or Purchased against Job number. |
B. | History Job Control for a complete Material list allocated or purchased against a selected Job which has been sent to History. |
C. | Print Job Cost - Summary enables the user to view and print a report showing full details of complete Job including Material and Labour costs.. |
D. | Print Job Cost - Job Ticket enables the user to view and print a report showing full details of individual Job Tickets including Material and Labour costs. |
E. | Print Job Time - Employee enables the user to view and print a report showing only Employees times for a selected Job. |
