Overview:
A Purchase Order can be canceled with all quantities zeroed, but only if there are no deliveries against the order.
Open the Purchase module, click on ‘Edit Purchase Order’. Enter the order number or press <F2> and select the order number from the pop-up list and click OK. Click on the Cancel button on the bottom left of the window.
A Warning appears, click on Yes. The purchase order is canceled - press <F9> to save.
