Overview:
Orders that have been sent to history in iTMS can be transferred back if needed. This function is password protected so the user will need to be set-up with the appropriate permission and internal password. (Please see the Core Data Module for 'Setting up Password and Permissions for Protected Functions')
Open the Order Book module and click on the Book icon in the top right corner to access the back menu. Click on the ‘Back from History – Client/Prod Order’ icon to open the ‘Retrieve from History’ window.
Enter the password and press <TAB> to move to the “Order/Job No” field. Type in the Order/Job number or press <F2> and select the order/job number from the pop-up list and click on OK and press <TAB> again to activate the window. Click on the Yes button of the Prod Order window. Click on the Back button to send the Order back to current.
The orders and associated processes have been moved back to Current - Click on Finish or Close.
